If you’re new to exercising, working out or it’s simply been a long time since you exercised, you may be wondering exactly where to start. If you’re tired of trying, and failing on your own, then now is the time to get motivation and support. Our Weight Loss for Beginner’s program begins at the beginning of each month and does not allow anyone to join after the first week. The first step is signing up for our weight loss program online or in-person. You’ll be welcomed by our hosts, who have lost weight on the program, and then you can sit in the class so that you’ll be able to see for yourself how our unique weight loss program can help you achieve your health goals.
We believe that it’s not just about the food you eat or the exercise program alone, but about resetting your lifestyle in a way that puts you on the path to success. Our program offers a system that gives you the option of staying in the Weight Loss for Beginner’s program or moving up and starting our intermediate to advanced fat loss and muscle building lifestyle program.

Age requirement: 20 – 65 years old
*Must attend at least 1 of 3 classes per week

6:30 am – 7:15 am
10:00 am – 11:00 am
Sample Class (45-60 minutes)
15-30 minutes of nutrition and lifestyle discussion
15- 30 minutes workout with cardio, strength training and stretching.
