The Lifestyle Program
The Lifestyle Program was designed to help individuals exercise daily and teach members how to enjoy the foods they love and still lose weight. We believe in enjoying your life to the fullest and it’s ok to mess up, as long as you get back on track! This program includes classes like bootcamp, cardio only, abs, boxing, crossfit, sports training, high intensity interval training (HIIT), and yoga to keep you motivated with a variety of different workouts everyday. We offer more classes then any gym in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)!
The program begins with a free orientation/full body assessment (fat percentage, weight, inches, before picture), educational grocery store visit (at an additional cost), followed by unlimited group training 7 days a week and monthly body assessments. You will receive a class schedule where you can sign into on our app and gain educational access to exercise and nutritional regimes, which garner sustainable results. Make it a Lifestyle, you’ll have results for life!
