Is your scale not moving?
Dear Nitro Family,
Do you ever feel like the scale is broken? You jump on and see the scale reflect the same number day after day? You start losing motivation, and feel like quitting? You have that voice inside your head negatively impacting the way you feel when you look in the mirror? Self-doubt and fear kicks in and that voice inside is whispering, “you’re never going to reach your fitness goals?”
Even if you feel like you’re doing everything PERFECTLY… like eating the right amount of calories, exercising consistently, and the scale for whatever reason is not going down. This is usually the point where individuals start to get a little impatient. A point where confidence in their abilities, training program, and eating plan is being questioned.
You need to understand that the scale doesn’t always move… and that’s OK. You have to find the strength within you to keep going!
This is the part of the program where many will end up giving up.
This is the point where you need to be PATIENT. CONSISTENCY is very important here! This is a time where you should slowly increase your workout volume, and understand everyone’s bodies respond differently. Don’t compare your health and fitness journey to anyone, just keep pushing through and you’ll start seeing the results you’ve always dreamt of.
DON’T GO EXTREME & TRUST THE PROCESS!
Remember, that extreme methods to lose weight aren’t sustainable. This inevitably will lead you back to your old bad fat habits. Be patient. The scale will go down. Stay consistent and be patient!
