If one meal is 1000 calories, be mindful of the the other food you put into your body that day! Another helpful trick is to cut your portion sizes, cut back on snacking and choose lower-calorie foods at meal time, you’ll consume fewer calories each day. Therefore if you reduce your caloric intake enough, you’ll create a caloric deficit large enough for weight loss. You don’t want to deprive yourself from the foods you love, and end up binging on the weekend. Create a healthy relationship with food and eat in moderation.
